Catskill Historian Paul Misko will deliver a multimedia presentation focusing on the life of a Revolutionary War soldier. Many young men were eager to sign up as soldiers, only to find it wasn't quite as glorious or as fun as they had imagined. The equipment used, the daily struggles, the dangers, and some funny and strange occurrences will be discussed and shown with photos and artifacts. 

This event will be followed by an ice cream social; come for the stories, stay for the sweetness.
